  • Set up & pack down of ‘One for the Road’ Caravan Bar at your event site
  • Professional bar service of your BYO beverages for up to 8 hours – includes 3 staff: Duty Manager, Bar Person and Host
  • Glassware for service of bubbles, wine, bottled beer & cider, juices & soft drinks for up to 120 guests
  • Hydration station with a fruit infused water urn, a still water urn, and Barkers Fruit Syrups and garnishes
  • Ice for keeping drinks cold and for service
  • Beverage service equipment (chilly bins, drinks tubs, bottle openers, etc)

Please note:

Catering must be served at all events One for the Road is invited to. Please let us know if you would like us to arrange this for you.

An additional bar person is required for more than 120 guests, then every 40 guests there after – $60 + GST per hour.

Travel costs apply outside of the Christchurch City Boundary. Let us know your event location for accurate pricing.
